COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Pickard And Burns Inc. 04-I3384-I parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Reliance products, including obsoleted and phased-out Rossi parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Power-Mation product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Reliance such as the P56X1526G spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MRV40U03A514 manufactured by Rossi and we are pleased to be able to service most Rossi systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 71510P by Manufacturer Power-Mation as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Reliance Brand T56S1009A in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Sargent-Controls such as 29066001 equipment made by Sargent-Controls have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sargent-Controls products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sargent-Controls" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available TB31 made by Seal-Master as well as the popular 514455 original spares produced by Rexnord Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the B4B7 by Reuland and 29066001 spares by Sargent-Controls are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MRCI63U03A Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Rossi. |
